Earlier this month, US-based Dietitian Christin Morgan invited other Non Diet Dietitians to contribute to this “Ultimate Guide to Guilt Free Holiday Eating” and she was inundated with reseponses, so much so that she made not one, but TWO books! I feel fortunate have my ideas featured alongside other colleagues whose work I admire so much, such as Nina Mills, Anna Sweeney, Lindsay Stenovec, Natalie Thompson, Tiffany Haug, Louise Adams, Josee Sovinsky, Katherine Zavodni and many others! Phew, what legends these women are!!
