A first of its kind program bringing together 3 Yoga Classes, 9 Professionally shot videos, a workbook and a group community. The course works on 2 levels, finding more ease and comfort in your body and easy to access worksheets and reading from evidence based psychology to help you heal. To find out more click HERE
The course is run twice a year as a guided course (with big discounts!) with support and Live sessions with Sarah or can be bought as a stand alone program anytime (Gold (work independently) or VIP programs – 8 individual sessions with Sarah)
