If you’re wanting some advice about ways to improve your eating behaviours, it’s important you find the right style of Dietitian for you. Here are Body Positive Australia, we don’t believe in diet plans or telling you what to eat, we aim to guide you so that YOU learn how to nourish YOURSELF without being told what, when and how to do it! We work with some wonderful Dietitians in a variety of locations who can support you to work towards a more positive relationship with food.
